Shipping & Returns

What is your shipping policy?

Orders placed during pre-order (March 29 - April 5) have a 3 week lead time and are expected to ship within 3 weeks of your order date.

Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses. If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship. All shipping, customs and insurance costs are non-refundable, and are at the expense of the customer.

KOPP & COMPANY uses USPS / DHL / UPS / FedEx to ship all online orders. 
At this time we do not offer delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO or US Territories.  

KOPP & COMPANY reserves the right to refuse shipping of any order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally. But we’re working on that! Check back soon.

What is your return policy?

We inspect every badge wallet at the factory and once more before it is packaged for shipping. We will gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days from time of delivery subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items must be unused, undamaged and have all original tags attached. All returns will be inspected for damage or signs of use.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date the item was delivered and should be sent prepaid. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping charge.

Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as KOPP & COMPANY is not responsible for any returned packages not received.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your exchange from the date we receive your package.

To start a return, contact us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No returns may be made without a RMA.

What is your repair policy?

KOPP & COMPANY wallets are made with natural, genuine leather. Each skin may have its own unique texture, color, and striations. These should not be viewed as defects.

We offer repair services for any manufacturing defects that become present within 1 year of the purchase date. We will do our best to address all repair requests in a timely manner. Manufacturing defects will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Valid proof of purchase from www.koppwallets.com or one of our authorized retailers is required. Cosmetic issues and normal wear and tear are not covered under this policy.
